Simply download our app, select your butcher, browse their products, and add items to your basket. Then, choose a collection time and complete checkout.
3. Can I order from multiple butchers?
You’ll need to place separate orders if ordering from multiple butchers.
4. How do I pay?
You can pay securely by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
5. Is delivery available?
Currently, we offer collection only. Delivery will be introduced soon.
6. Are prices the same as in-store?
Yes. Prices are set directly by each butcher.
7. Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
8. Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and we never store your payment details.
9. What happens if my order is wrong or incomplete?
Please contact the butcher directly through the app or reach out to our support team. We’ll help resolve it quickly.
10. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled in line with the butcher’s return and refund policy. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll mediate on your behalf.
11. Do you offer halal meat?
Yes. Many of our partner butchers offer halal-certified products. Look for the halal symbol when browsing.

1. How do I list my butcher shop?
Visit our website or contact us directly to register. You’ll receive admin access to manage your shop, products, orders, and reports.
2. Is there a setup fee?
No. We offer a 3-month free trial with no setup costs. After that, you can choose from flexible pricing options.
3. What are the pricing options after the trial?
You can either:

Choose a a fixed cost monthly plan.

Yes. You can operate with collection-only orders. Delivery is optional and can be added later.
5. Do you provide a shop page?
Yes. Each butcher gets a unique shop page on customer mobile ordering app.

Yes. You can log into your portal anytime to update product availability and prices.
7. What kind of reports do I get?
You can access order summaries, payment reports, and customer data to manage your business better.
8. How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely and settled to your linked account next business day.
We will shortly be adding Pay by Bank which provides instant settlement.
9. Can I exit the platform anytime?
Yes. There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel your account by giving us 30 days’ notice.
